Dave grew up spending all his spare time in the outdoors. As he met people and explored he learned many ways to make his time in the wilderness become a real adventure. Dave went on to become a senior instructor at one of the UK’s most respected outdoor activity centres.
Having spent time in London he found the draw of the outdoors too strong and returned to make a home and business for himself in North Devon. Working for the last 4 years on a freelance basis Dave found more and more people asking about some of the bushcraft skills which he used and, seeing an opportunity for North Devon’s first bushcraft school, WildPath came to existence.
When Mark isn’t wandering in the alps or paddling rivers and seas he is WildPaths Key activities instructor. Mark has years of experience in training groups of all ages and abilities. Mark has an inspiring and enthusiastic manner, which makes for a memorable time in the outdoors.
Growing up on a small holding in the heart of Devon Rob is as comfortable in the outdoors as most are in their own homes. A keen bushcrafter Rob is our newest instructor bringing a wealth of knowledge from his background in stalking and fishing. Be careful asking about sea fishing unless you fancy a long night in front of the camp fire.
